If you're proficient with camping and outdoor living, are assured of your
water skills, and are chasing independence,
try a freedom rental in the Abel Tasman National Park.
You can spend up to five days exploring from Marahau in the south to as far
north as Shag Harbour. Each night you decide where to camp (Department of
Conservation approved sites), or you can book a hut stay (subject to availability).
Please note, all accommodation must be pre-booked with the Department of Conservation.
