Services for Cycle Tourists

We are now offering a number of additional services for cycle tourists and visitors to New Zealand. These include shower facilities, bike building and servicing and luggage storage.

Shower Facilities

Both our Christchurch and Auckland branches have shower facilities available for you to freshen up after a hard day on the road or after that 12 hour long-haul flight. We can even supply a towel to avoid having a damp suitcase when you get home.

Bike Building or Packing

If you are arriving into either Christchurch or Auckland Airport we can unpack, build and service your bike ready for your adventures in New Zealand. We have a fully equipped workshop and stock a range of spare parts to ensure your pride and joy is in perfect condition before you head off. We can even store your bike box or case ready for you return.

If you are leaving from Auckland or Christchurch we can dis-assemble and pack your bike to ensure that it arrives home safe and sound. We can even supply cardboard bike boxes and packaging if needed.

Parts and Accessories

Our Shop is stocked with all the essentials you will need, whether you’re off on a 6-month tour or a week-long mountain bike  adventure. We stock tires and tubes, clothing and accessories, tools and a range of spare parts. If there is anything out-of-the ordinary that you will need on arrival, let us know and we can have it ready for you.

Luggage Storage

If you are heading off on a long tour and have more stuff than you can squeeze into your panniers we can arrange to securely store your excess luggage at our depots or arrange to have it forwarded to your end location.
